At Pinsetter Associates, it’s our objective to provide affordable, high quality retail and office spaces.  We currently have units available in the heart of the Bellevue business district, on the corner of Lincoln Ave and N. Bellevue Borough is a suburban community located approximately 8 miles northwest of the city of Pittsburgh.  Lincoln Avenue is a heavily traveled two-lane thoroughfare with sidewalks and public street parking.  Lincoln Ave. runs east-west through Bellevue with residential areas both to the north and south.  It’s in a densely populated area: 108,000 people live within three miles; 208,000 live within with five miles.  The building has easy access from PA-65, I-279, I-79, the airport, and downtown Pittsburgh.  There is inexpensive street parking all along Lincoln Ave., and diagonal street parking all along Bayne St., less than a block away.

Units available for lease all have gas heating, air conditioning, and a single private restroom.  There are spaces that may serve as storage or as a private office.

This ground floor unit was built out originally as a chiropractor’s office.  It features a built-in work area for a receptionist, a small office in the front, and a larger open work area in the rear of the unit.
